Driving
Directions
In Mississippi, South of Memphis, and driving on Interstate 55 (going either
North or South) exit at the Horn Lake Exit #289. Take Hwy 302
(Goodman Rd.) West. Around that exit, you’ll see The Fairfield Inn,
Home Depot, Cracker Barrel Rest., and The Drury Inn, just to name a few
businesses. Take Hwy 302 West (approximately 10 miles), you’ll be
going through part of Southaven, MS and through Horn Lake, MS to Walls, MS,
which is at the end of Hwy 302 (Goodman Rd.). Hwy 302 dead-ends into
Old Hwy 61, just after going over the 4-Lane portion of
Highway 61. Turn Left (South), onto Old Hwy 61. Go straight (South)
for approx. 1/2 mile. Turn Right, (West) onto Second St. This road
is almost directly across from the Walls City and Police Dept. There
are normally several Police Squad cars sitting in front of this building. Go
to the end of this short road (1 block) and Turn Right (North) on
East Railroad Ave.. That road will take you along the railroad tracks.
Follow the road up and over the railroad tracks. Go straight (the
road curves after going over the tracks, but stay on the road with the
Yellow dividing line) After going over the tracks, Mid-South Institute is
aprox. 4 miles. Stay on this road (Old Hwy 61) as it winds through the
farmland. After a series of curves in the road, you will curve left and
being heading South. You will see on the right side (West) of the road two
old Barns. Immediately after that, there is a 90-degree Right-hand turn in
the road, with a right arrow turn sign →→→→→ pointing to that
turn. DO NOT TURN. Go straight, onto the smaller paved road,

These Directions
We are about 400 yards down the road from the arrow sign and 90-degree
turn. You are at Mid-South Institute when you see 2 stone & cedar houses
(one with stone gate posts and wood fencing) on the East side of the road
and the Red brick (Range House) with flagpole on the West side. The Office
is located in the house on the East side of Blythe Rd. with the stone gated
entrance and wood fencing. You cannot see any of the ranges from the
road. They are behind the Range house and are not visible from the road. Go
to the Red Brick house with white columns and flagpole. This is where you
are to report for class unless you are coming in the night
before and staying with us. The only place you’ll see the address #5582 will
be on the mailbox that sits at the driveway entrance of the Range House.
There are NO other addresses or signs indicating that you are at Mid-South
Institute.

Come out of Memphis
Airport Car Rental Facilities turn Right (West) onto Democrat Rd.
travel approx. ¾ mile to Airways Blvd., turn Left (South) on
to Airways. Travel aprox. 7 1/2 miles to Goodman Rd. (Hwy 302), turn
Right (West) onto Goodman. Stay on this road all the way
(approx. 10 miles)
through part of
Southaven, MS, through Horn Lake, MS and to Walls, MS, which is at the end
of Hwy 302 (Goodman Rd.). Hwy 302 dead-ends into Old
Hwy 61, just after going over top of the newer portion of Highway 61.
Turn Left (South), onto Old Hwy 61. Go straight for
approx. a half mile into Walls, MS. Turn Right, (West) onto
Second St. This is the road almost directly across from the Walls City
